Lynn Holzman has been at the NCAA national office for ten years and a director of membership services since 2001. Holzman's responsibilities include the oversight of the legislation team, Division II and III membership services governance teams and technology. Additionally, she serves on the Interpretations Leadership Team and as the primary liaison for the Division I Academic/Eligibility/Compliance Cabinet and a secondary liaison to the Division I Women’s Basketball Issues Committee. Holzman provides legislative support for the Division I Management Council and also helps support the Presidents and Chancellors Orientation Program. During her tenure, she has been a liaison for numerous committees including the Division I Financial Aid Subcommittee, Division I Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee and the Presidential Task Force on the Future of Division I Intercollegiate Athletics Subcommittee on Student-Athlete Well-Being. Holzman received her bachelor's degree from Kansas State University where she was a women’s basketball student-athlete, and earned a master's degree in sports administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. In December 2006, she graduated with a master’s of business administration from Purdue University.
