Roxanne Levenson is in the midst of her 17th year as the university's associate athletics director and senior woman administrator.

Levenson's duties include developing and implementing policies and procedures regarding gender equity, student-athlete welfare, student-athlete services, compliance, financial aid awards, athletics participation, academic eligibility and drug testing. In that capacity, Levenson manages athletics scholarships for the university's 14-sport intercollegiate program, administrates all reports required by the NCAA, the federal government and West Coast Conference (WCC) as well as ensures compliance with NCAA Certification and regulations. She also supervises sports programs, coaches and the compliance component of the athletics department.

On a national level, Levenson is currently a member of the NCAA Championships/Competition Cabinet, serving as chair of the Cabinet's Bracket/Format subcommittee and serving as a member of the Championships Promotions and Travel Policies subcommittees.  She served on the NCAA Olympic Sports Liaison Committee from 1999 through 2003, on the NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Committee in 2000-2001, and on the NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball Committee from 1992-98.

Levenson is also a member and serves on the board of the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA) and the WCC's Senior Women's Administrators Committee and Awards Committee. She also serves on numerous university-wide committees and task forces.

Levenson graduated from UCLA in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in sociology/ social psychology, and later earned a second bachelor's degree from Cal State Northridge in journalism in 1979 before starting a master's program at Pepperdine.
