Goal 1:  Professional Opportunities/Development

To provide quality educational and professional development programs for NACWAA members and prospective members

• Establish a pilot mentoring program for minority members & new members beginning at 2000 Fall Forum

• Begin implementation for the establishment of an advanced professionals institute

Goal IV:  Gender Equity & Ethnic Diversity

To promote gender equity and ethnic diversity in intercollegiate athletics
