As the premier membership organization for women working in intercollegiate athletics administration, NACWAA is dedicated to advocating for both Title IX and other issues related to the overall advancement of women. In this capacity, NACWAA serves multiple functions: as an advocate for female student-athletes, women’s sports and women working in intercollegiate athletics. In order to be effective advocates for all of these diverse groups, NACWAA follows a number of different issues, court cases and legislation that impact women in athletics.
