In order to continue the advancement of women in the field of athletics administration, and provide the motivation and inspiration needed to encourage women to forge ahead, NACWAA holds numerous events throughout the year that celebrate our members’ great accomplishments. Whether at a banquet at the NACWAA National Convention or the Women’s Final Four during the Women of Experience Brunch, NACWAA recognizes both the women of today and those of our past who have excelled in their profession and continue to make great strides in the world of intercollegiate athletics.
