The Assistant Coach, Women's Swimming assists the Head Coach in recruiting, coaching and mentoring elite student-athletes for the varsity Women's Swimming Team, and providing administrative and organizational support for the program. This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for assisting with all phases of a Division I softball program to include: primary responsibility for assisting with practice preparation and player development, recruiting and other duties as assigned by the Head Softball Coach.
