Institutes

NACWAA has partnered with the NCAA to regularly offer three professional/leadership development programs with the goal of providing a beneficial experience to every female athletic administrator—no matter where she is in her career.

• NCAA/NACWAA Institutes for Administrative Advancement, Level I
  (two sessions held each year at two sites)
• NCAA/NACWAA Leadership Enhancement Institute, Level II
• NCAA/NACWAA Executive Institute, Level III 

The primary objective of the NCAA/NACWAA programming is to provide opportunities for women working in intercollegiate athletics administration to increase their skills and enhance opportunities for growth in the field.

Registration for the NCAA/NACWAA Institute for Administrative Advancement (formerly NACWAA/HERS) and NCAA/NACWAA Leadership Enhancement Institute begins in February each year and the NCAA/NACWAA Executive Institute is by invitation only.
