2013 Event Highlights

Registration fees and deadlines for the 2014 NACWAA National Convention are listed below. In order to take advantage of the discounted member pricing, your membership must be current. When registering online for the convention, you will also be given the opportunity to renew your membership. Not sure if your membership is current? Your registration grants access to all convention related events, including:

  • Best-in-class leadership development and career advancement programming
  • Focused learning and growth opportunities including five general sessions, 12 breakout sessions, 12 roundtables and 12 TED talk-style sessions
  • Four networking receptions and one breakfast allowing attendees the opportunity to connect and engage with key influencers, industry leaders, and search firms
  • Two celebratory luncheons recognizing Administrators of the Year (all divisions), Lifetime Achievers and young administrators
  • Foundation Fund Auction that includes dinner, silent auction and networking opportunities

Hotel reservations are NOT included in your registration. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. NACWAA has arranged a discounted room rate at the Louisville Marriott Downtown (headquarter hotel) and Hyatt Regency Hotel (located directly next door to the Louisville Marriott Downtown) for $169/night. Payment & Cancellation Policy
NACWAA will accept checks (personal or institutional) as payment for National Convention registration. Please complete the registration as instructed via the link above, then select the ‘pay by check’ option on the payment page. An invoice will automatically be generated and emailed to you. All checks MUST be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or else your registration will be forfeited.

Any registration cancellations must be received in writing by September 15, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. CST and are subject to a $75.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the convention. Refunds will not be granted after September 15 nor will they be given for no-shows, no exceptions.
