Let's Reframe Superwoman
The Superwoman Model is based on the male hierarchical model and it alone will not lead to balance. Everyone wants success in business and a great life at home. To succeed in both arenas requires POWER, which leads to BALANCE. Success at home and at work is about the interaction between our effective use of personal power and our ability to understand and manage our surroundings. Knowledge of the "rules" of the workplace along with knowledge of the unique strengths and assets that women bring to the world can lead us to personal power. Knowledge IS Power! Balance will Follow! Learn the strategies that are found to be effective for women who have found success, power, and balance at work and at home.
