NACWAA and HERS-Mid America founded the NACWAA/HERS Institute
for Administrative Advancement – an annual residential
week-long intensive management training program designed for
coaches and administrators in intercollegiate athletics administration.
Follow-up events include seminars for Institute alumnae as
well as programs for mentoring and networking.
