Becoming a member of NACWAA is the first step in making a commitment to continue the advancement of women within intercollegiate athletics. When joining NACWAA, you are joining a network of professional women who  advocate, promote, inspire, empower, celebrate and support women working in the various fields of intercollegiate athletics.
